Braver Announces Merger with Prescott Chatellier Fontaine & Wilkinson, Expansion into Providence Braver expands into the Providence area through a merger with Prescott Chatellier Fontaine & Wilkinson LLP, a CPA and financial advisory firm. Braver will now have four locations in New England with the opening of this new office at 2 Charles Street in downtown Providence. 

Braver announces new hires and promotions Braver announces changes to the executive team of its accounting, auditing and tax services group. Promoted to shareholder are Stuart Lyons and Robert Miller. Hired as shareholders are Mathew Talcoff and Cynthia Hickey. Promoted to principal are Eric Saunders and Cyndy Caproni. 

Braver unites with Andrews Computer Systems, Inc. Braver announces the investment of a majority interest in Andrews Computer Systems, Inc. Braver clients now have access to a well-known, full service computer technology company. The Andrews team joins Braver's current technology group and will be marketed as Braver Technology Solutions, LLC.

Braver acquires the practice of Kanter CPA, formerly of Brown & Brown Braver announces the acquisition of the practice of Scott A. Kanter. Cynthia Hickey will lead the transition of Kanter’s accounting practice to Braver and will become Braver’s first female shareholder.  Additionally, Braver announced plans to open a new Boston office.
